The seller agrees to sell the above vehicle to Alliance Car Parts for the mutually agreed amount.

By completing this form, the seller agrees to act in good faith.

By signing this form, the seller agrees that they cannot change their mind or reverse the sale and purchase agreement.

The seller warrants that he/she has full title to the vehicle, and that there is no money owing to any third party concerning the vehicle by way of personal loan, hire purchase agreement, bill of sale, or any other agreements, and that the vehicle is completely unencumbered.

The seller agrees that there are no fines or infringement notices outstanding in relation to the vehicle and no theft involved.

The payment is GST inclusive.

Alliance Car Parts takes no responsibility for outstanding registration and road user charges, if any.
